Sadly, we cannot offer support for patterns over the phone, but we can and will forward your emails to the designer of your pattern. In order to help you as quickly as possible and get your back to knitting we will need the name of the pattern you are knitting and some context for the part you are having difficulties with. Photos can be very helpful!  Your email will be passed along to the appropriate designer ASAP and you should hear back from them directly within a day or so.

The farm is no longer open for farm visits except on special occasions. When we are planning an Open Farm Day, we’ll post it on the blog.
