Susie told me that Findley Dappled is KFI’s most popular spring yarn line! That is hugely flattering. I can see why, though! Findley is a laceweight yarn with lovely sheen and drape and holds up very well to wear. Everyone seems to love working with it! And do you know what people love making with Findley? Shawls! There are tons of shawls on Ravelry using Findley! So I thought I’d share a few of them with you for today’s post.

What a beautiful Valentine’s present for everyone!
Lauria, I think the blocking board is a piece of insulation covered with, my guess, flannel. Quilters use that but usually not covered, we just stick pins into the blocks to hold them where we want them. You can usually get it a Lowe’s or Home Depot. My guess is that the flannel (or whatever the fabric is) is to help hold/support the knitting so it doesn’t pull down if you have to move it or stand it on end to take a picture to show off such a gorgeous shawl.
