World’s most pathetic looking rooster. Poor Chanticler!

Even Charley has had enough of the mud.

Hannah & Buster, enjoying the relative warmth and dryness of the run-in shed.

A river runs through it. The front pasture, that is.

The view from the front porch.

Just out of curiosity, when does this stop being an puddle and become a body of water?

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again– it’s a great week to be a duck.

The pastures will be beautiful in March. I am sorry for you and the Animals, it does get old fast. I am glad it is not snow.
Wellies for everyone!!!
(Imagine Luna in red Hunters!)
Holy crap, that’s a lot of rain! Has the yurt been washed away yet?
Looks like knitting weather to me:-)
Hang in there!
I’ll do a rain dance to see if we can’t move your rain clouds our way! We’ll take it. Missouri is down by about 15 inches and most of the state is still in severe drought. If we don’t get some moisture this winter and spring, I have no idea how we’ll come up with enough grass to feed our grassfed beef herd.
Maybe you can make an ark for the Build section.
Maybe you can convince Chanticleer to sing and it’ll be sunny again. (Don’t judge me, I loved Rockadoodle).
my silly chickens never go under cover when it rains either. I’d say sent it my way – I never say no to rain – but I think Ashley E needs it more!
