The New Man at the Farm

by Susan on August 30, 2010

My friend Amy gifted me with this fine looking rooster this weekend. He is a handsome thing.

All the ladies are already throwing themselves at him. Shameless…

They hate for him to leave but love to watch him go.

Awwwww I was offered 2 Buff Orpington roosters this morning–wish I had a place for them!

Amy Karasz August 30, 2010 at 8:50 pm

The guinea fowl at our place kept chasing him and pulling out his tail feathers. He was always one of my favorites so I hated to see him go through that. SO glad to see him happy at JMF!!!!!

“They hate for him to leave but they love to watch him go.” Those hens got the blues! (in iambic pentameter)
