Today in Pictures

by Susan on March 29, 2010

Nothing makes me happier than turning my flock out onto fresh pasture.

Feenat was sheared for the first time last week.

She was much bigger under all that wool than we thought she would be.

She’s still  super sassy.

I love seeing my dogs happy.

Daisy was grazing today like she was getting paid for it.

Even Miss Linda seemed happy to get to the green stuff.

Meanwhile, in the small barnyard paddock, Statler and Waldorf went outdoors for the first time.

This is Statler. He is easily recognizable by his wonky ears.

Waldorf is pretty cute too.

Gonzo and Camilla seem so huge compared to the new kids but they’re only a couple of weeks old.

Statler and Waldorf investigate a piece of firewood in the barnyard.

Hannah and her babies.

Showed my 5 yr old granddaughter the pics of Gonzo and Camilla and her response: boy they sure have grown. She obviously saw the very first pics of them. She really enjoys all your pictures. Thanks!

I realize that it seems like you have it all, (even though most of us know differently), but, gosh, such a sense of peace in your pictures. Love it!

I love Statler’s ears! Gorgeous photos all around – your grass is so green! A lovely way to end a *very* rainy day here in CT.

O.M.G. Your pictures put an exclamation point on the end of a chaotic day (sent the family to FL for spring break while I stayed in WA to work) and I thank you for that. Absolutely precious.

Karin, that is the nicest thing anyone has said to me all day. Thank you.

Feenat looks so sassy!!! I love her new “hair cut!”

The babies are adorable and I’m so sad I’m not there to snuggle them!

Ah, your pics are such a balm for my poor sad soul today…green grass, happy munching sheep and the babies just put a big smile on my face, thank you!
Is there anything in this world cuter than baby goats?
