Dear Susan, Paige and Erin, and Lucy,
My thoughts and prayers continue to be with you. How wonderful that for right now Lucy seems to be holding her own and even walking. I'm going to continue to send hopeful thoughts in your direction. You are all doing amazingly well under very stressful circumstances, and Susan, thank you for keeping us all so well updated.
Hugs to you all,
Molly

What great news. I am glad to hear she is doing better. Hopefully when the steroids wear off she will still be breathing well enough. Give Lucy a kiss from your readers on the interwebs. =)

So glad to hear she is doing better! I pray she has a speedy recovery.

Our dog was hit by a car back in 2000. She shattered one of her legs and the other hip was out of socket. Her vet bills were scary. But, she's still with us 10 years later! I pray Lucy will have a long wonderful life ahead of her also.

I've been a FT farmer for 6 years now. I've had numeriuos struggles but never doubted my decision to leave a steady paying job for this incredible life. I've been following your blog for the last several months and have often wondered how you manage to never have any struggles. I just assumed you must be very wealthy and could just pay for things that most of us farmers cannot (like two employees). I really appreciate you cander and honesty. I love your blog and I love the illussion that you create with only posting about the bright side of farming, I can only speak for myself but I have more of an apreciation knowing you too have moments of strife that you will undoubtly get through to also share with your readers. I'm pulling for all of you and Lucy. Keep on writtin'

I'm so glad Lucy is doing better. Remember Lucy - things with four wheels are bad unless you are in one with the window down! They are bigger than you and their bite is much worse than your bark!
Hugs!

We all love Lucy! Sending much love to you and the entire Juniper Moon family for having/going through such an awful time. May each day bring only joy from now on, for the best.
