Sad News…

by Susan on December 17, 2009

Due to the nasty weather heading our way this weekend, we’ve decided to postpone our Solstice Party until New Year’s Day. WE live in a super-rural area with windy, infrequently plowed roads, and we decided that your safety should come first.

Waaaaaaaa Hoooooooo, now maybe I can come, as I should not be scheduled to work and it is early enough that I can be sure to ask for the next day off!!!

When it comes down to it, all you need for a party is the people to come and celebrate, and if they can’t make it there, then it is not so much of a party.

Don’t worry, I will still be thinking of you ALL on Solstice. :)

While sad news indeed, it also has a silver lining, I may actually be able to come now!

that is very sad news – I have the photo of Miss Martha on my desktop this week. She is staring directly into the camera. This was during Solstice Celebration 2008 – what a great time!
