Cini is so happy here.
This is the difference between sheep and goats. Goats always want whatever is just out of reach.
Cini and Sabine
Sorry for the light posting this week. We’ve been running ourselves crazy getting the house unpacked and settling in. Everyone is super-happy with the new place. I can’t tell you how lovely it is to walk out my door in the morning and see my flock and Cini and Sabine. My heart is so full right now.
More tomorrow, including our struggles with bad cell service and the horrors of satellite internet.
In the meantime, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has already purchased a 2010 share. Your support is overwhelming, and ensures that Juniper Moon Farm will be here for a long time to come. We still have shares available, but we anticipate selling out before Christmas.
XO

How wonderful is that???!!!! It is akin to me looking out my window and watching *my* flock of deer – all named of course! May you continue to find Peace in your soul!
It looks blissfully beautiful. I’m so happy for you!
OK – maybe a herd of deer. But, if they come to see me on a regular basis, can they be called my flock?
Mmmm, I grew up on an acreage in the country, and the sight of all that free, open space gives me such a lovely feeling.
Yay! Pictures! I live in Fredericksburg and take the trip to Charlottesville relatively often (the Whole Foods there is much more pleasant to visit then driving north to the crazyness in No Va) I cant help but wonder what side of C’ville you are on. It looks gorgeous! Im so glad you found a new place to land!
Your place looks fantastic! So glad you’re happy!
Yay!!! It looks perfect. I’m so happy that you’re happy! See ya soon!
glad to see everyone is settling in…it looks beautiful. and warmer.
Yay Yay Yay!!!!!
The dogs look like they’re settling in well! How’s the new puppy doing?
Everyone sounds so happy. Glad things are going so well
What a wonderful site. The flock look so peaceful, even if y’all are running around like chickens. Speaking of chickens….
It looks perfect to me! Congrats!
What beautiful pictures. How wonderful to wake up to the sound of baaing from your flock. I can’t wait to come visit.
OMG, that place is beautiful. I’m so happy for you! xoxo
Wonderful pictures! It’s so gorgeous. They all look so good, and there’s a huge pasture with tons of grass and very little mud.
The fences are very nice, too.
Can’t wait to see the new pup with his elders. What a sweet group.
And It’s so good that Erin has come in out of the cold of a porch. Every woman should have a room of her own.
How beautiful! I’m so glad you’re settling in. Unpacking is such a chore- don’t forget to take a day off to relax a little bit!
It is beautiful. The flock and you are where you are suppose to be! It was worth everything you all have gone through. Now, you can just move forward. Congratulations to all three of you, you have done a great job. Annie, thank you for all of your help too! I am glad you are close and can come often.
Cini is happy because you are happy and more relaxed (hey, I watch the dog whisperer) xo
Hurrah Hurrah… I knew you all would love Virginia.. yea… I am soo happy that it is all falling into place. Please please I want to come see you all…just say when and I can be of assistance! The flock and Cini and Sabine look content.. enjoy… I love this!
Welcome to Virginia and the dogs are definitely smiling…definitely.
What a gorgeous place – I can feel the peace and contentment and relief that at long last some upheaval has ended. May you make it your home in every sense of the word. I hope sometime things will work out that I’ll get to see it in person–I’ll be with you in spirit for the big photo shoot! Break a leg! xoxoxoxo
What a beautiful sight with all the happy critters out in the pasture! Did the old tractor come with the barn? Tractors are seriously useful.
looks great! so happy for you!

I look out my front door and see a flock of…neighborhood kids and cars and houses. All good, but oh I long for the fields and the sheep. What I love most about the Fiber Farm community is that we share each other’s lives, bound together by a love of wool and what goes into creating it. So I AM looking out my front door at :”my” sheep through your eyes. If you want to see city life you can look through mine! Any interest in Intro to Philosophy? That’s next on my day’s agenda.
Oh Susie and Erin…it’s beautiful. A good place for a new life. Can’t wait to be there!!
Welcome home! Everyone looks so happy and the place is just gorgeous! Cheers!
What a beautiful farm! And I am so glad you are happy with it!

Let me know if you want help with the horrors of sat internet. We have it when we’re in the US and have dealt with them for years. They still blow, but we know a few tricks.
