This recipe actually appeared in my church newsletter this week:
1 C sugar
1 1/3 c + 2 T flour
2 t bkg powder
1 t soda
1/2 t salt
2 t cinnamon
1/4 c or more of oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c pureed leftovers, use any kind: tomatoes, pasta casserole (!!!!!!!!)

Combine first six ingredients, set aside. In seperate bowl mix eggs, oil and leftovers. Add to flour mixture. Bake in 9" pan, 35 minutes, 350 degrees. Glaze while hot.

I think I will be making your yellow cake this weekend instead!

Shepherd Susie, I don't think I can do it right, but someone really must share the "Goat Tears" YouTube clip that mydogpetey posted on the MVFF Ravelry board ... just the greatest thing since that wedding dress you posted, IMO.

LOVED the website with the Wellies! I've been wearing Bog boots--very comfortable, especially for those of us with stronger (i.e., bigger) calf muscles. I wonder if the Hunters are available in bigger calf sizes.... ?
