Meg and I went out and bought fleece - YEP! from a local farm here... Meggie's fleece are light, while my only one is really dark with sunbleach tips - but oh - can you ever see every little piece of whatever - - and my hubby made us GREAT combs !! Now, to rent a wheel (See Erin, you did inspire us!) and get spinning!!
Thanks to both of you for getting us on the track !! Now, there is no turning back!

can't believe the goat tower is real - it looks like a CG rendering.

here's what's rocking my world this week - knitting as political act: http://www.tabletmag.com/arts-and-culture/11338/sweater-girl/#0

Oh no! I don't believe it! We had a discussion around the dinner table tonight about the newest conspiracy theory. Everyone in our area has thousands of white clover growing in their yards this year. I think it is great because it is bringing the wild honey bees back into the yards and the gardens. Of course there are those who must mow twice a week and are very upset about the clover. (My neighbor) So the new theory is that there are those mysterious planes in the sky who are bombing the area with white clover seed. I must order a bag of seed bombs and allow my neighbor to get a slight glimpse. Her reaction would be too funny for words. Thank you so much for the idea.

The socks???????
The Goat Tower - I want one. Who cares if I need it - I want it! Too cool!
I peeled my banana this morning and was quite giddy with the ease of it -never stop learning, even if it is a banana!
By the way - BananaGrams is so much fun - we play it all the time.

I live about an hour from that awesome spiral goat tower. I don't know why I haven't gone to see it yet. A friend lives nearby and says that it's an awesome sight to behold.
