Hi, I’m Julie’s neighbor at the barn in Florida. My chiropractor told me years ago that pineapple in any form contains an enzyme that helps get rid of bruising, speeds up the removal of blood fragments in the cells. So fresh, canned, juice…. it all works. Tried it after being thrown by a mustang into a tree and it helped so my vacation was bruise free. Jane
