Unbearable

by Susan on December 9, 2008

Biscotti, my beautiful, sweet Maremma, was hit by a car this morning. She died instantly.

I don’t have language for this kind of pain.

My heart is breaking for you. I don’t care what some people say, a dog is a family member, and losing one hurts like hell.

Patty December 10, 2008 at 4:11 pm

God bless.

I am so very sorry to hear this devastating news!
It’s true, there are no words when we loose a cherished member of our family.
Please know you and yours are in our thoughts, in our hearts and in our prayers.

Sometimes you just gotta cry!

Please do let us know if there is anything at all we can do! I’m sure I am not the only one who would jump in a car (train, bus, airplane) and help in any way I am able!

Oh, Susan. I just heard. I am devastated and can completely understand your sadness. I don’t know how to ease your pain, but I am thinking of you and Patrick and Erin and of course Fettucini. This is horrible and my heart breaks for you. Let me know if there is anything I can do.

So sorry to hear about Biscotti-I lost my Sophie Willow 3 yrs ago and still am really not over it-

Cindy December 16, 2008 at 11:29 am

Cant express how sorry I feel about the loss of your dog. It’s easy to say remember the good times, but hard to do at times like this. Our dog is sometimes the best part of us, I heard somewhere “make me the good person my dog thinks I am”.The lost ones are always in our hearts.
